I turn executive priorities into architecture that actually ships.
> ask_me_about Agentic AI
14+ years designing enterprise platforms across telecom, healthcare, public sector and non-profit. Salesforce is my core platform — not the boundary of my thinking. I help leaders make the calls that matter: where AI earns its place, how systems should talk, and what to build next.
Conversations worth having
Whether you're setting direction or making it real, these are the problems I most enjoy thinking through with people.
AI that earns its keep
Separating agentic AI that moves a business metric from AI that only demos well.
- Agentforce readiness & use-case triage
- Trust, data & guardrail strategy
- Pilot-to-production roadmap
Transformation without the drag
Turning a roadmap into sequenced, de-risked delivery your teams believe in.
- Target-state architecture
- Platform & build-vs-buy calls
- Architecture governance that's light
A second pair of eyes
Design reviews, NFRs and the trade-offs that are easy to miss under deadline pressure.
- Integration & event patterns
- Security & sharing model reviews
- Data 360 & multi-org strategy
Growing into architecture
I made the jump from engineer to architect. Happy to share the map.
- Certification pathways
- Thinking in trade-offs
- Career conversations
Three principles I bring into every room
Technology choices are business choices made in a different language. My job is to translate — in both directions.
Outcome before architecture
If we can't name the metric that moves, we're not ready to draw boxes. Every design starts from a business number someone owns.
Reversible by default
The best decisions are cheap to undo. I bias toward patterns that keep options open until the evidence forces a choice.
Explainable to the boardroom and the build team
If a design can't be explained in five minutes to both a CFO and a junior developer, it isn't finished yet.
Notes from the field
From first Apex class to architecture authority
Software engineer, team lead, project manager, consultant, architect. Every role added a lens — and each one still shapes how I design.

Got a problem that keeps you up at night?
Not a sales call. A conversation between people who care about getting it right — and who might help each other along the way.
